The short version

• Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
• It doesn't guarantee a launch date or a specific place in line.
• Please sign up only for yourself, with honest details.
• The Mila app will have its own terms, which you'll accept when you create an account.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you visit this website or join the Mila waitlist. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

2. The waitlist

• The waitlist is free. Joining it doesn't create an account or any obligation to use Mila.
• Mila is a space for women. By joining, you confirm that you are a woman aged 18 or over. You may be asked to complete a private verification step when you create your account.
• We invite people in waves. Your position may change, for example when people invite friends, and we may refuse or remove signups that look fake, automated, duplicated or abusive.
• Launch dates, features and early-access perks are plans, not promises, and may change.

3. Referrals

You may share your personal invite link with people you know. Please don't spam, buy signups or create fake accounts. We may cancel referral credit that doesn't come from genuine invitations.

4. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to break the law, interfere with the site's security or operation, scrape it, or impersonate someone else.

5. Intellectual property

The Mila name, wordmark, design, text and illustrations belong to the Mila founders or their licensors. You may not reuse them without our written permission. Photographs are used under the Unsplash License and remain the property of their photographers.

6. Liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of France. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Otherwise, the competent French courts have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
