Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026 · Applies to the Mila waitlist

The short version

  • We collect only what we need to tell you when Mila opens: your email, and your first name and interests if you choose to give them.
  • We never sell your data, and we never share it with advertisers.
  • We don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this page.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to privacy@milaspace.app.

3. Why we use it

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the waitlist, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions:

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to a buyer if Mila is ever acquired, in which case this policy continues to apply and we will tell you first.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area or Morocco. When that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and, where required, authorisation from the relevant data protection authority.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 12 months after Mila's public launch. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. After that, data is deleted or fully anonymised.

7. How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with providers that encrypt it at rest. Access is limited to the few team members who need it, protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication. If a breach ever puts your data at risk, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Moroccan Law No. 09-08, you have the right to:

To use any of these rights, email privacy@milaspace.app from the address you signed up with. We reply within one month. Every email we send also has a one-click unsubscribe link.

9. Cookies

The waitlist page doesn't set tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics later, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

10. Age

The waitlist is for women aged 18 and over. If you think someone younger has signed up, write to us and we'll delete their details.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we'll email you before they take effect. The date at the top shows when this policy was last updated. The Mila app will have its own, fuller privacy policy at launch.

12. Contact and complaints

Questions or requests: privacy@milaspace.app, or by post at [address].

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the CNIL in France (cnil.fr) or the CNDP in Morocco (cndp.ma). We'd appreciate the chance to sort things out with you first.
